Class A- City Co-Sponsored Groups or City of Somerton Agencies.
Class B Residents/ Non residents- Social. Private individuals or groups using facilities for the purpose of social gathering or functions.
Class C- Nonprofit. Residents/ Non residents. Groups, or organizations using facilities whose purpose is clearly of a non-profit nature. This applies to organizations that have been given exempt status section 501 of the United States IRS.
Class D- Commercial. Individuals, groups, or organizations using facilities for raising.

2. ALCOHOL PERMIT NEEEDED WHEN ALCOHOL WILL BE PRESENT AT PARK.
3. NO VEHICLES ALLOWED INSIDE PARK AREA. (INCLUDES ANY VEHICLES WITH PARTY SUPPLIES OR JUMPERS.)
4. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED IN PARK AREA.
5. WATER SLIDES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
6. CLEAN UP AREA AFTER EVENT TIME FRAME.
7. NO DUMPING OF COOKING OIL OR CHARCOAL ASHES ON GRASS OR TRASH CANS.
